VICE CHAIR:
Mark Mills: I currently serve as our party Secretary. I have served as a LEG Chair and Region Chair. Because of my previous service I am uniquely qualified to serve as Vice Chair, I have seen our organization from all levels and I know how to make it work. Improved attendance at our Caucus meetings, improved outreach, and Training will be my primary focus. Preparation for our 2012 Caucus Meetings is paramount to our success In Nov. 2012. I have what it takes to make 2012 successful. 801-647-1461 facebook

Chad Bennion: Currently elected to UT GOP Audit & Exec. Committees; Former St. Rep. (Dist. 44) also served in many capacities within SLCO & UT GOP. Prior service: UT GOP C&B Committee, advisor to CR’s, and Alt. Delegate to the RNC, and more. I work hard to get Republicans elected and have the experience necessary to succeed, especially through the reapportionment cycle. I thank you for your service. I ask for your vote as SLCO GOP Vice-Chair. votebennion@hotmail.com 801-889-9671
BYLAW COMMITTEE - 4 Positions available:
Ben Soholt – I’m running because the general body of the SLCo Central Committee shouldn’t be bothered with changes to the bylaws that aren’t going to help get Republicans elected. I was nominated by Sen. Daniel Thatcher who chaired the Bylaw Committee. The first challenge I will take on will be to simplify the process for electing Bylaw Committee members to prevent the complicated mess we ran into in the last Central Committee Mtg. Please feel free to call me at 801-870-2458 or email jaymond_ben@hotmail.com.

Lisa Cummins
Phil Conder – I am a running for the Bylaw Committee because I am committed to helping good Republicans get elected. A strong Party starts with governing bylaws that lay the groundwork for unity amongst us as we fight for conservative values to win the day in our publicly elected bodies. I have been involved in the party at almost all levels and I have been a candidate. These perspectives will prove valuable as we work towards a common goal. Vote for Phil Conder-Bylaws Committee. Thank you for your service.
Louis G. Welch - *I have served the Salt Lake GOP for over fifteen years and have enjoyed being involved. I have served as county and state delegate, and precinct chair. I did not run for precinct char but I was appointed and took the position very seriously and have enjoyed serving. I now serve as Leg. District 50 chair. I would appreciate your vote so that I can continue to assist in growing the SLCOGOP. Thank you, Louis Gary Welch
Julie Warburton – Have been, or currently serve as, Precinct Chair, Vice Chair, County and State Delegate. Running for Bylaws Committee because I have an aptitude for what is fair and right. Bylaws should be understood and accessible to everyone. Concerns about bylaws, should be able to be addressed and resolved. Without structure, we govern in chaos. Bylaws provide structure and this Committee insures that structure is sound. I want to hear your suggestions. Please contact me: julierhw@gmail.com or 801.968.6013
Ben Thompson
Dana Dickson – I’m a candidate because I enjoy contributing to the success of the SLCoGOP, its candidates, and its elected officials. I have been a past Chair of this committee as well as a Chair of the UTGOP C&B Committee. My professional and political experience enables me to help make sure the Bylaws Committee is judicious about the business it brings before you and certain of its benefit to the party. Thank you in advance for your consideration. You may contact me at 801-440-6671 or aluckyman@comcast.net.

SENATE 12 CHAIR:
Ben Soholt – Worked closely with and was instrumental in the election of Sen. Daniel Thatcher. Since then, I passed a resolution during Central Committee Meeting (CCM), increased attendance to CCM while serving as Leg. District 29 Chair, and been an active member of the SLCo Young Republicans prior to election to board. It will take someone who can fully support our current Senator and someone who is willing to do what it takes to keep a Republican in that seat. I am that candidate. Please vote Ben Soholt.
